We are a small family resort aparthotel...

We have 6 apartments with 24 beds totally but we can give you an extra bed per apartment. Me and my wife tried to fix a nice quiet attractive aparthotel in the middle of Nea Peramos village.

Daily trips to Nestos River...

About 75 km from Nea Peramos there is the Nestos river with a beautiful walking path and nice view. It's an easy path for all ages. You can walk from 15 minutes until 4-5 hours. 

Daily mountaineering trips to Pageon mountain...

I am member of the Greek Mountaineering Club of Kavala. Under request we can go for an easy or a difficult walk in the mountain or we can just go there for a pic nic. We can also go there for bicycling....

Our ECOLOGICAL aparthotel is new...

The building is new and the openning year was in June 2010. It was painted with organic (ecological) colors, the 99% of our lights are economic lamps and in the garden there is a bin for organic foods.
